Q1. What inspired you to get in the food industry?

Making sweets during Christmas was something I really enjoyed when I was young, Slowly I wanted to learn how to make cakes the way shops used to sell, that's when my mom enrolled me for a cake course in the same area where we live and 2 years later I choose hospitality studies as my career.

Q2. Kindly share some information about your business.

At Cakeabelle everything is made from scratch using quality ingredients and hence a few products turn out to be expensive. Our main focus is QUALITY over QUANTITY. Our main products would be DESIGNER CAKES and doughnuts, the other products that we sell are macarons, mousse, brownies and more.




Q3. What is your Unique Selling Point(USP)?

Cakeabelle's USP would be the stuffed doughnuts (especially the lime and lemony stuffed doughnut). These doughnuts are enjoyed by all of the customers due to it's freshness, softness and great taste.

Q4. How long have you been in the food/restaurant business?

After Graduating in the year 2020, since my job was cancelled it was then when in June 2020 I began this small venture of accepting orders professionally.




Q5. What are the challenges that you faced while starting/doing this business?

At the beginning it was a little difficult getting orders for cakes (I've always been extremely excited to make cakes that are a challenge and are pleasing to the eye and I always wanted to set that kind of a bar for Cakeabelle) that's when at the beginning I slowly started using unique designs to a plain cake and slowly and steadily started doing designer cakes.

Q6. Any advice you would like to give to the upcoming restaurant/food business owners?

Don't Give Up cause you never know what the future has in store for you.
